    Think Fencing has designed a range of fencing systems specific to Thoroughbred racing clubs. With safety and durability as a top priority, Think Fencing has supplied clubs in Hong Kong, Israel, New Zealand and Australia.

    Fence Optional Extras

    Beer Rail

    The beer rail is as the name suggests, a rail along one side of the fence to allow racegoers to rest their beer or race book whilst watching the race. This rail is usually made out of our woodgrain textured rail.

    Running Rail on Top

    The fence can be made with a Simtrack Running rail integrated into the top of the fence providing a seamless liniar look across the top of the fence.

    Running Rail on Side

    For parade rings and mounting yard applications an offset Simtrack running rail is often required to provide a safe distance from the general public to the horse. This can be customised to your specifications.

    Gates

    Think Fencing can provide custom gates to suit your fence design from an 8m wide sliding gate down to a 0.9m pedestrian gate.

    Capture Pens

    Using electronics and hardware mounted to our fencing system we can custom design capture pens for runaway horses.

    Jump Wings

    Think Fencing has worked closely with Racing Victoria to develop a custom solution that sets the standard in Jump Wings.

    Racecourse Fencing Specifications

    Pharlap

    The Pharlap style of fencing utilises a galvanised and (Dulux®) powder coated mesh panel supported by a 150mm x 50mm Bottom rail and a 88mm x 51mm Top rail. This style of fence creates a strong crowd control barrier whilst allowing maximum visibility through the mesh.

    Caviar

    Our caviar style of fencing has been designed to offer a traditional picket fencing look. The pickets used are 38mm x 38mm and prevent enthusiastic children climbing over the fence. It uses the same top and bottom rail as the Pharlap fence.

Think Fencings technical knowledge and professionalism has helped us to develop this system be an industry preferred option. All PVC components are exclusively made under license by Think Fencing for Simtrack.

    • UV absorber of Benzotriazole + 12 P.H.R. of Titanium Dioxide
    • Three fold Impact modifier system
    • Calcium Carbonate and Nano particles + Chlorinate Polyethylene
    • Can be attached to Acrylic based impact modifier on top providing maximum UV stabilisation using base plates
